Prototype Mystia Lorelei, from Touhou. I am happy with the face and body (hat is from HEXA, the same mod also comes with "Mystia ears" but I didn't like them). Clothes are fine except the ribbons with the small stones in the middle; they mess up when switching pose etc. Wings are good enough: she kind of has bat-like wings in most official art.
