Sheila the Thief from the 80s cartoon series Dungeons & Dragons. Her dress was a challenge, but there are 2 variations: one with her traditional aquamarine sash, and one with a more handy utility belt & pouch. Added a sufficiently slutty uniform and completed all other outfits. Her face was difficult - all of the screengrabs from the show are very low-res, and her nose is a lot wider & more bubbly than you'd think. As always, as long as you have a newish KK repack with HF Patches, everything should load perfectly.
