The brilliant scientist, Lucca Ashtear from the 1995 Square Super Nintendo video game Chrono Trigger
When making this card, I discovered that there does not seem to be a hair option for the bangs in this game that is just evenly cut the entire way around the front of the head. The closest ones have long pieces on the sides in front of the ears. I just found that weird.
Made use of some custom textures and effects via Material Editor for her weird hat helmet headset.
Uses the mods included in BetterRepack RX2.
