Made some changes with bone mod, improved some of the outfits, and most significantly, completely redid the hair with accessories.

Uses the mods included in BetterRepack RX2

There's still some room for improvement though.
Seems I forgot to edit the texture for when her top is moved out of the way, and I probably should have parented those shoulder thing-a-ma-jigs to her shoulders instead of her neck. Though I guess they're going to wind up clipping no matter what you do.

Technical issues aside, having watched that anime you captured he overlook very well IMO.

Her "In School" and "Going Home" outfits are based on the clothes she is wearing in some images shown during an episode prologue. Specifically the school and military uniforms (Here: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/outlawstar/images/7/7f/Bgrtp_intro_merged_lowres.jpg )
Gym Outfit is based on a one-piece she wears while working out which is briefly seen during the show's opening (Here: https://i.imgur.com/CYIdtSY.jpeg )
Swim suit is based on her swimsuit from the hot springs episode
Club outfit is based on her outfit while working as a waitress at a spaceship race (here :https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/outlawstar/images/c/c7/Gatheringforthespacerace02.jpg )
Causal outfit is pictured on the card, what she is usually wearing on the show.
