The Cape is the reason why some body parts are missing

some body parts are missing? can you tell me which one? im using BetterRepack RX3 mods from ScrewThisNoise and it's working fine no body parts are missing even thought she using with/without the cape.

Only the shoulders are missing for me, maybe I'm missing some mods though but her other outfits works fine except for the ones with Cape but overall it's a perfect character, nice work!
