An alternate version of that Chikarin custom card I just uploaded.
Pretty obviously has elf ears. Made them primarily using offsets in Advanced Bone Mod and normal, non-wideslider values on the built-in ear sliders. Should avoid the thick outlines and clipping issues that using extreme values with wideslider or scaling with bone mod can produce.

For the body, I made the legs longer, and adjusted the cf_j_hips bone along with it, so animations should work properly.
Adjusting cf_j_hips has affects on the entire body, so I also adjusted scaling on the torso to account for this.
Other changes are consistent with those made on the Chikarin Custom v2 card.

Basically if I want to give a character elf ears, I load the face bonemod settings.
If I want to give a character longer legs, I load the body bonemod settings.

Changes made in bone mod:

- Eyebrows moved slightly back on the Z-axis (closer to the head)
- Ear base scale increased by 25% on the X-axis
- Ear base rotated 20 degrees back.
- Ear base offset slightly outwards.
- Ear tips offset up, out and back.
- Nose tilted 5 degrees downwards
- Nose Tip Scaled 25% on the Y Axis and 150% on the Z axis, making it pointier.

--Scale on everything reduced by 6% by modifying cf_j_hips.
- Shoulders scaled up by 11% on the Y and Z axis.
- Upper torso scale reduced by 1% on the Y axis. Increased by 6% on the X-Axis and 11% on the Z-Axis
- Middle Torso scale increased by 6% on the Z-axis.
- Lower Torso scale reduced by 5% on the X-Axis and increased by 6% on the Z-axis.
- Upper and Lower waist (actually the hips and pelvis) scale increased by 6% on the X and Z axis.
- Arms scaled up by 12%, to counteract the cf_j_hips changes and to increase overall length along with the legs. People with long legs tend to have longer arms.
- 20% Larger hands (Are too small in Koikatsu by default)
- Ass adjusted to be larger without visibly protruding in 3/4ths view.
- Legs scaled up overall by 5%.
- Lower legs scaled up overall by 5%.
- Knees Y-axis scale reduced by 20%.
- Calf muscles offset up and backwards slightly.
- 10% Larger feet (Are too small in Koikatsu by default)

Did some more tinkering, turns out it will always look better to Offset the Ear Tips downwards instead of tilting the ears downwards using the in-game sliders.
When the bottom of the ear clips into the head, the game will start drawing funky looking outlines. Best to avoid that.

May have accidentally set some of the hair accessories as Sub items instead of main items.
