Frankie Foster from the Cartoon Network series Foster's Home for Imaginary friends
Specifically, this is based on her Fusion Fall design

All custom textures and clothing are from that card. I changed a lot of the face, body, and hair. I also re-organized accessories, so that Main and Sub accessory slots are consistent across outfits.

Uses mods in the RX4.1 repack.

Radical card man looks great! though .MD cards always sorta vex me they never seem to wanna load on my install (they don't even appear in the load zones!) do they require a special mod to load and if so could ya point me in the right direction? thanks!

I don't know what you mean by .MD cards, but the only mods I'm using are in the RX4.1 repack.
