Hai hai, Kongou dess!
Okay I got a lot of questions about this gal and the first thing is, is it Kongou dess or desu? The latter seems more accurate but I've seen a lot more of the former.
Also, is she like, Japanese but also British? Isn't that because she was designed by Brits or was made together with England? Iunno. I have not kept up on Kantai Collection in years. Is she still the mascot/face of KC or is that taken by someone else now? I have no idea what's her deal other than she may or may not have a rivalry with Iowa seeing that they're both bombastic gals who speak the English good good. Hence why I released them together, but then again that may just be fan interpretation.
This Kongo is made up of 3 Kongos, though the third one is not depicted in the 2nd preview pic. Quite a few outfits were taken from the left Kongo, that being 4BEraser's, and one of them was taken from the right's Kongo, who's from Discord. I think they have a pixiv as well, will link it once I find 'em. But the primordial Kongo, the one this was built off of came from this guy: http://blog.livedoor.jp/koikatu2018/
One of the first cards I've seen outside of the in game card database, they were great for their time. They still post but I think they've moved on to Honey Select 2 now.

I'm trying to get this card and Iowa but MEGA wants a decryption key, did you lock it?

I hear you can embed links or whatever that thing is called that apparently fixes this issue so I'm gonna try that next time.
