How do you make the legs like that? Is there a mod I just can't find that isn't detected as missing?

Yes,the legs are a bone mod. Just make sure you have all the little boxes checked on the character load screen and if it still doesn't look correctly then you don't have the mod.

The mods and everything you need for furry characters should already be in the better repack download. If you have that and it still doesn't work then you probably need to update or download the latest better repack version.
