i think this is the mod, try getting the lastest HF Patch or running KKManager just in case if you're missing mods

Sorry but even with that mod it doesn't work and actually I think what is missing are the skin overlays on the face and body that I don't know why they don't load me...
I do not want to bother but if you have a link to pass them it would be very useful.

sounds like your game is really out of date,kk_overlaymod not loading skin overlays is a common issue on older versions. get the latest HF patch to avoid that in the future. here's a link to the overlays in the meantime
