You will need the latest repack (R7) in order to have features like Advanced Parent, Visability Rules and Pushup Plugin.
Don't forget to update the game with KKmanager to have all mods this card require. Or download them manually (game tells you what mods you missing when you loading the card).
I also recommend you to use smaller eyed corner version of Western Head mod (it's optional you don't have to do that) instead of the standard one which included in R7. There's also a bug in the studio. Card doesn't load correctly from the first try for some reason. In order to solve it you have to load different card and then load this one again.
