Deputy Mayor Calico "Callie" Briggs from the short lived cartoon series Swat Kats that aired on Cartoon Network in the 90s.

This version of the card uses new accessories for her glasses and fangs. Adjusted the shadow color of her hair. Added a face overlay to make her nose pink, since "Kitty" face makeup option doesn't work anymore for some reason. Lowered the rotation of her eyes to improve eye tracking, and adjusted her eyelids in bone mod to retain the same appearance. Implemented some other bone mod settings I've been using on other cards.
