Thanks for posting the mod list.
Currently cleaning up clashing mods. Everything is there except the boots.
Whats the boot mod name please?

The boots are called "[FF]Nasty Boots(color)" and are part of FoolBoy Fashion #02.
If you mean the purple leggings around the boots, I had to use two Garrison Caps and stretch them to mimic leggings since I couldn't find any suitable mod. The Garrison Cap should be a head accessory that's part of the base game.
