Ok so you need lots of things, download all that you can from this pastebin (https://pastebin.com/Z9kkjDjT) but be warned i edited some IDs with HS_SlotID (Ahri may appear with a lot of dicks for you. Select the Fox Tail that comes with Elin tail and ears for every acc slot).
If you have trouble, ask me.
Jinx and Ahri are not mine, though heavily edited to my liking. I do not have a clue about the source.

Use [HS] ultra char editor to extract the characters from the scene.

Anon, the boots are from the Adapted Shoes by Belgar17. Just the vanilla boots with High Heels (:
I'm thinking about doing some more LoL charas, but do know i care little for the clothe to be identical to the original ones... I usually just do something similar and it is OK for me, most times they will be, you know, without it =)
